New - was an inch too small for me 😪 They are amazing and I wish they fit. These are custom made ; intentionally distressed made from jeans to shorts. I bought them this way but did not customize them. Refer to last pic to see the hole created for an edgy look under belt loops on the back top right side I like the hole but you may not.
