VTG handmade cotton button up dress from the 1940s. Material is soft, flowy and lightweight. There are belt loops on either side but no belt. The dress buttons all the way up and has cute scalloped piping and unique buttons. I wore this as a duster to accessorize simple outfits. This item is in good vintage condition with no rips or holes.
