VTG 1988 Commonwealth Rag Doll Pretty as A Picture Matina 14''. She is in very good condition except for the elastic losing its elasticity. The “O” she is holding is supposed to hold a small photo. Its elastic may not be able to hold it in place now, but it could be repaired by someone handy with sewing elastic.
