Vintage Opera plate featuring Italian composer Gioachino Rossini's "Le Barbier de Seville". Signed by artist. Gold and green trim. Measures approximately 6.5” wide and is marked PV in a circle, indicating "Peasant Village," owned by an import company called Mitteldorfer Straus based in NY, which traded from the 1920s-1970s, and were particularly active in the 1940s-1950s.
