VTG Classic Signed 925 Sterling Silver Bracelet Circa 1999 Ovals Openwork Mexico

Was gifted this lovely little bracelet by a family that visited the resort where I worked when I was in college. They were from Mexico and brought bracelets for all of the gals who worked in the office. Super tarnished because I've never cleaned it. Will sparkle once polished. Marked 925, but also has some kind of hallmark (includes a P in a circle) I can't make out. I consider the design unisex. 7 inches
