VTG Christmas Tote Bag / Reversible / Rocking Horses & Christmas Tree

From an estate is this VTG Christmas Tote Bag. It is Reversible with Rocking Horses on one side and a Victorian looking Christmas Tree on the other. This lady made lots of stuff over the years then just stored it all away in totes. It is unused and seems very well made and sturdy. The bag is approx 14” wide by 15” tall.
