VTG Carefree Fashions Velvet Prarie Maxi Skirt S/M

Elastic waist. No size tag. Waist is 13” across and can stretch to almost 17” across. 41” in length. Linen lined. Still has plastic tag holder. I don’t believe it was ever worn. These appear to be handmade.
