Vintage Cambridge Glass Decagon Melon Ribbed Shape Key Hole Stem vase. 1930/40's Depression Era. The "globe" or "melon" is a beautiful light purple amethyst with a clear keyhole stem and base. This beautiful piece is a hard-to-find color and in great condition. A tiny scratch on the side and a light water line half way barely seen unless holding up to light but no cracks or chips. The water line could be removed with dental tab set overnight. Measures 8" T x 4 1/4" base, globe ball 14" circumference. Cambridge Glass #3400 Keyhole Ring Stem Ivy Vase was likely made in the 1930/40s. Cambridge made the 3400 Keyhole line for many years, but in the 1940's was probably the height of production.
