Elegant and flirty strapless cocktail dress. Black bodice with scalloped edge and off white skirt with black floral embroidery. Tie waistband is velvet ribbon. Well-made! It is double lined, has an interior strap to hold it to waist firmly (great for strapless staying in place) and bodice has boning. Made in the USA. Tag reads size 6/40, waist measures 13.75" flat. Needs to be dry cleaned, but in excellent condition. One small spot near left side waist (pictured).

may i please have the bust measurements

@loki79 hi! lay flat the bust is 17". the bodice is boned and has cups and if I lay it flat and pad the cups and take measurement that way you gain an additional inch: 9" from center seam to side seam over each breast or 18" total. hope this helps! sorry I cant fit into it otherwise I would try to give you more cup size info.
