VTG Arthur Pepper ART Lady Portrait Cameo Filigree Faux Pearl Gold Tone Brooch

Vintage Arthur Pepper mid century victorian style gold tone filigree cameo brooch featuring a lady portrait at the center. This piece is accented with small maroon red cabochons, seed faux pearls and three teardrop faux pearl dangles. It measures approximately 1 7/8" long and 2 1/4" wide. It has a rollover clasp on the back. It is signed "©ART". Circa 1950s/1960s. This piece is in excellent vintage condition.
