There is a small stain on the front right side along with a flaw in the fabric. Nothing that compromises the integrity of the skirt. The previous owner did sew in a clasp (internally) to help hold the skirt in place at the waist. The measurements reflect the placement of the clasp. All flaws are photographed. Feature: 100% cotton.
