VTG Albert Nipon Silk Wrap Polka Dot Dress M

Designer wrap style dress with green polka dots on fluid black silk. Flowy and light with button to fasten at the cinched waist, deep v neck and fitted sleeves. Plus two pockets at the side seam (bonus!). Very romantic and perfect for the holidays.
