There is one dilemma card missing. This missing card does not prevent game play. The reminder 251 dilemma cards, 36 reply cards, 12 ballot cards, try, instructions, flyer on sending questions to be used in future editions, and OEM box are all included. This is meant to be a game for adults. Most of the cards have minimal wear from use. Two of the cards have some discoloration.
