VTG 90s Black Brocade Satin Flouncy Prom Dress

Gorgeous black satin dress with floral brocade bodice, puffy tulip sleeves, gathered drop waist with a statement bow & 2 layers of tulle petticoat for full flounce effect. Zips up the back. Another mom-made original of superb quality. Measurements: 17" pit to pit, 14" waist, 17" hip, 37" shoulder to waist. Very good vintage condition except some discoloration at the armpits.
