VTG 90s Purple Prom Dress 12 Whimsigoth Velvet Scalloped Off-Shoulder Party HOCO

Vintage 90s prom or homecoming dress. A beautiful deep purple color and made of a soft velvet material. Features gold broaches on each shoulder and tulle peeking out from the bottom. Size 12, fits about a modern large, see photos for exact measurements. Excellent condition but the the loop for the hook and loop closure in the back is missing. Inside material under the arm is discolored but not noticeable when worn. See photos for details.
