VTG 90s Jessica Howard Mitchell Rodbell Style Floral Short Puff Sleeve 16

Good preowned as this dress has been in storage and needs a clean. Still has the original TJ Maxx tag on it and the new owner will need to clean it. This is definitely from the 90s and has some yellowing around the collar and zipper areas but overall the dress is in good condition for a vintage piece. It includes side pockets, zipper back, and shoulder pads.
