VTG 90"s Floral Dress Sz XS Corset Lace Peter Pan Collar Pheobe Buffay Dainty

Vintage 1990's floral dress, dainty lace Peter Pan collar, shoulder pads, corset in the front and back this dress has it all. The details are exquisite, wooden rosette buttons on both of the sleeves, wooden beads at the end of the corset ties. This piece is in excellent condition for it's age. Made in the USA I cannot make out what the size tag says but it is measuring as a women's XS. Measurements Across: 16" Length from shoulder to hemline: 44"
