Vintage mid 1990s peak grunge look minimal effort tank mini dress from Express Tricot. Matte black spandex blend fabric is slinky and smooth and has off-white cording under the bust. Size 7/8 fits like a medium and measures 17" underarm to underarm and 31" long. All over stretch is very flattering and forgiving material and allows for some wiggle room with bust measurement. Fits like a medium Made in USA. Excellent condition with minimal wear and no age related wear or smells/damage.
