VTG 90's Dresses by Deb Prom Formal Evening Gown Dress Size 5/6 Green Lace Up

Deb Vintage looks like the style of the 80's or 90's Prom/Formal Evening Gown  Size 5/6 Bright green with a bit of blue tint with rhinestones ...please note, the photos seem to bring out the blue more than in person. In person the predominant color is green Strapless Adjustable lace up back Fitted upper through hips and then flare out below the hips..so classic 80's/90's! Measurements: Chest (armpit to armpit, lying flat) = 15" Waist (lying flat, straight across) = 13.5" Hips (lying flat, straight across) = 17.75" Total length = 53.5" Overall this dress looks incredible but at the bottom the skirt had previously been tacked up to provide the gathered look at the bottom. Most of the areas that were tacked up have come out and it left a mark where they were sewn. You could easily put a couple stitches in each one and achieve the original look or wear with them down.
