VTG 80s 90s Pink Princess off the Shoulder Prom Dress Puff Sleeve Rose Detail

So cute with the puff sleeves. I think it’s meant to be worn off the shoulder (see photo 2) because of the elastic but I was able to put it over the shoulders as well. Sizing is a VTG 3/4 and it did not fit the dress form. I’d consider this an xsmall or a small with a smaller bust. No stretch to material The mannequin measurements are 34/24.5/35.5 Actual dress approximate measurements: Pit to Pit: 15-16" Waist: 12-12.5" Length: 51" from the top of the bodice Spot on bottom of dress that I did not attempt to remove and pin drop spot on left back shoulder.
