VTG 70s TROLLEY CAR Blush Pleated Bodice Button 3/4" Sleeve Secretary Dress L

Vintage Pleated Bodice Secretary Dress 3/4" button sleeved with elastic at waist~ probably originally had a matching belt. Sleeves are gathered at the shoulder, with front and back bust/bodice being pleated right below the collar bone with a netting lining. Keyhole opening with string tie in front. Slightly full or wide A shaped skirt and knee length. Would look SUPER cute cut as a mini. I can do that for you, for an additional $15. But I normally don't cut the vintage dresses that are in great shape unless I've had them a while, or if I'm asked to.
