VTG 70s Blue Dress w/Rainbow Stripes

Vintage from the 1970s Size: M US women's letter Materials: Made in Canada, Pantel A vibrant semi-sheer faux wrap dress that sits on or just above the knee depending on your height. For reference, I am 5'6" and it sits on my knee. This 70s summer dress fits like a women's medium or large and is made by Pantel. The vibrant rainbow stripes on this dress pop nicely with bright blue. This dress has lovely details on its 3/4 length sleeves - there is a small ruffle at the shoulder as well a subtle scrunching due to the elastic. The waist of this piece is elasticized and there is a tie up at the back. All of which create a comfortable and flattering fit!
