VTG 1993 Polar Pacer Wrist Heart Rate Monitor For Parts Complete In Box

Vintage Polar Pacer Heart Rate Monitor. Booklet has a date of 1993. This includes everything in original box, including the watch, the heart rate monitor band, booklet and bike mount & Clip. Everything cosmetically is in good condition, bike clip is new. The watch functions can not be tested however because it does not turn on. I suspect it may need a new battery . There are some slight pry marks on the side of the watch indicating the battery has been changed before (see picture). The chest band is untested as well but I assume due to the age it would need a battery or some replacement as well. The watch band is in great shape, and this would be great for parts or repair.
