Still has plastic from where the tags were. Very little, if any, wear. True vintage. Size Small see pics for measurements. Gorgeous jewel tone indigo purple. Short sleeves flutter. Pleated front with silky trim at the bottom and edges. Looks like a gorgeous fairy dress with the pansy floral embroidered front. Very flowy and beautiful.
