VTG 1976 edition Cuisinart Machine Cuisine cookbook by famous chef and author Abby Mandel with 1977 author edits Large binder style cookbook with removable recipe cards and front & back pockets. Amazing cookbook has tons of delicious recipes tips and techniques. Ring binder format allows for removing the recipe as it’s used and you add your own in different categories! This original printing was released with a few errors in the recipes. This includes the author edit released a year later correcting those misprints!
