VTG 1970s NPC Fashions Penn Womens M/L Polyester Long Sleeve Floral Blouse Of Warren, Pennsylvania. Classic mandarin collar, tunic style, with long sleeves and ruched detail at cuffs, buttons. Clean and in excellent vintage condition. The color in the first photo matches the garment. The photo of the rear side came out more white than the true shades. The background is a pale peach, almost beige.
