VTG 1960's retro mini tiered cocktail dress Bewitched Peach Flounce Small Mini

This vintage cocktail dress is a must-have for any fashion enthusiast. The dress features a beautiful peach flounce design with tiered detailing that adds a touch of elegance to the overall look. The dress is an original piece from the 1960s. I believe the brand is Sandine Originals New York, but the tag has been removed. Measurements (laying flat): Chest: 17” Waist: 14” Shoulder to hem: 32” Because this is a vintage item, there may be small flaws that I miss. Please see photos for condition details. The last photo shows the inside, where the tag was removed. This is the only flaw I found.
