Bakelite. Clear and marbleized too. Center piece is kind of clear olive drab (approx. Pantone 132). Side pieces are more cider brown (approx. Pantone 139). Molded w rivet construction. Deco style. Buckle clasps on one side. Statement piece. Passes friction and hot H2O tests. Buckle only, no belt. No label/Stamp. Beautiful vintage condition. No real scratches, chips, etc. See pics. Sold as is.
