I wear a small but with PINK runs big I wear xs.Are these true to size or smaller,loose fit?

@alisa19872591 ok, so I added a measurement and one more photo. These actually fit me snug and I wear a size 2 usually. I am 5' 2" tall 115 lbs. I hope that helps.
