VNTG Panasonic RQ-E27V Tape Cassette Tape Digital FM Auto Reverse Radio Works RD

Radio works but when you press play,FF,RW with a cassette the inside sounds like it's trying to work like a little motor noise. when you press play it does that little pop white noise type sound like it's about to play but doesn't. Hoping that helps yall diagnose it
