VNT Black Reversible Fur/lamb Leather Coat-see Description

This coat says it’s a size small. But I wear a Large and it fits just fine. It is reversible with one side lamb leather and the other is fur. I do believe the top Collar is real fur but not sure the type. The all over fur I believe is fake fur. It is a heavy coat.
