VIntage 80’s Glow In The Dark Pumpkin Head Ghost Holding TNT Bomb Halloween Pin

One of a kind pin that is hand painted. Glows after exposed to light. Very small chip of paint on edge at bottom. Some small scratches on back. Metal Deep C Clasp has a little bit of rust, see pics. No markings found. One of the coolest Halloween pins I have ever come across. Measures approximately 2.5 tall and 2 wide.
