VIntage 1940s Black Enamel Brass Powder Compact With Mirror

Here for your consideration is a nice little old powder compact. It is a black metal enamel with a brass accent on the top . The only mark on this is Made in the USA. So, I am not sure who made this one. It measures 3x3". It has some scuffs and scratches but the most apparent wear is on the bottom. The mirror inside is clear and good shape. There -is still a bit of powder residue inside. Overall in good usable condition.
