The dress is 100%polyester with bell sleeve and leather tie in front. The tie used to have feathers on the end, but they have broken off and only have a faint tiny piece left. Loose fitting with bell sleeves. The dress measures 22 inches across the front of the chest, armpit to armpit, and 36 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the dress. Good shape!
