VINTAGE 70s/80s shirt dress ‎ tan collared button up S

Vtg 1970s/1980s plaid collared tie waist button up khaki shirt dress with pockets. Great neutral colored dress you can pair with any color. Plaid tie belt and plaid under the collar. There is pilling throughout and a small stain within the pleats, it has not been treated. Marked a size 10 but fits more like a small. Please refer to measurements. Polyester cotton.
