Vtg 1970s Carol Evans Penneys children's prarie button up floral cottagecore top. There are some flaws shown in photos, also elastic has been stretched out in sleeves. This could be a great DIY and made into a cute crop to for an adult. This is marked a children's 10 but would fit an XS or S adult, please refer to measurements.
