VINTAGE handmade 3 piece ruffle overskirt, top, and briefs. AMAZING. The top fits a smaller bust medium size, the briefs are medium with elastic, and the overskirt is a free size it ties in the front. The whole outfit is cotton and has a few stains at the bottom of the skirt from wear but not noticeable. The flowers a a dark navy blue with a bit of yellow a beautiful contrast to the white of the whole outfit. This is perfect for a pin ups day at the beach.
