VINTAGE floral skater dress with keyhole neck

Vintage skater mini dress with high neck, gathered bodice and keyhole detail. Serged hem hits mid-thigh (17" from waist to hem). Cap sleeves. Waist is 30" (see photo), skirt is full, bust is roomy. There's no brand/size label, so I think this is handmade! Based on the print, probably 80s-90s, but material feels 70s. Poly fabric in light brown/taupe with pale blue and pink flowers. Full lapped zipper in back. No size, but see measurements. I would say this fits like a medium, but the waist measurement is most important since the hips are free and the bust has a lot of room thanks to the gathers. Great condition party dress.
