VINTAGE Whirlaway Frocks Secretary Dress sz 6P Lace Collar Grandmacore Cottage

The 80s does the 40s in this stunning vintage secretary dress. It’s ideal for work and even better as a cocktail dress! It’s navy blue with white lace doily bib accents around the collar. It has a gathered elasticized waist with belt loops (no belt), a keyhole button closure on the back, and button details on the sleeve. The dress is stretchy and light enough for a warm day but the dress would look lovely paired with tights and booties. Thin shoulder pads add just a little boost to the frame.
