VINTAGE WM. ROGERS 4070 SILVERPLATE ROPE RIM EDGE ROUND SERVING TRAY 11"

For your consideration is this wonderful vintage Wm. Rogers Model #4070 Silverplate Serving Tray that I found at an estate sale. This tray features an intricate engraved floral and scroll pattern in the center and a raised, rope-like border around the rim. The stamp on the back is the eagle and star mark which puts this tray as manufactured between 1936 and 1976. It has traditional elegance and craftsmanship and could definitely be used for serving. It is 11 inches in diameter and is a very heavy tray. It is in very nice condition; meaning no dents or cuts, just the typical vintage marks you would expect (see pictures for more details). I've cleaned it up initially, but will leave more thorough cleaning up to the buyer.
