VINTAGE Veeda Louisa Hat Velvet silver/purple ribbon and lace embellishment

Beautifully kept vintage ivory and gray cap with velvet ribbon and lace embellishment. Hat is likely from the 30’s or 40’s. She was stored in my grandmother’s closet for years. Grandma was born in 1915.
