Features a classic "Toi et Moi" (You and Me) fluted flower centerpiece and braided rope band design with approx. 1.25 CTW of "SD" (Synthetic Diamonds). Ultragem was a high-quality, no-longer-produced brand from the 70s/80s known for setting lab-created stones in genuine precious metals. A rare, collectible piece of jewelry history.
