VINTAGE Teal Women's Dress, made in Texas

You’ll never find another dress like this one! Made in the USA by Jerell of Texas, this vintage 80s dress is a one-of-kind item. The size tag is impossible to see but it fits like a modern size 6, small 8. It has slightly puffed sleeves, a defined waist, and a-line skirt. Is it missing a belt. There is some pilling but overall it is in great shape.
