There are panels of either crocheted or knit fiber. The belt is around tube of knitted/crocheted fiber with fringe at the end. So groovy! Most likely from the 70s, the brand name is Barbara Lee, and it is made in Korea. Gently worn with no major flaws. This was well taken care of.
