VINTAGE Silver Pearl-y Charm Pendant Necklace

Very good pre-owned condition. This is old--it was my grandmother's. But I don't know much anything about it. The pearl-y center piece is not real but I think this might be sterling (see the photo that shows some numerical markings). It's really pretty, I just never wear it and would love for someone who loves vintage pieces to get some use out of this!
