VINTAGE STERLING SILVER PILL BOX PENDANT VERY RARE!

Quite the rare one. Vintage sterling silver pill box pendant with lovely raised details; Lift the lid up to open. It also has a little secret door along the front side that slides open. The pill box comes with its original bale still intact so can be worn on a chain. It has a good solid weight of approximately 7.9 grams. Measures approximately 1".  Marked STERLING. The box may need a polishing if you prefer the shine. Wear commensurate with age.
