VINTAGE Pyrite in Sterling Silver pendant necklace

vintage pyrite pendant, faceted in a checkerboard cut bezel set in a sterling silver frame. stamped 925 at the back of the bale. There is, at the arrow, what looks like a chip , but is actually part of the natural pitting of pyrite. For years Pyrite was called fool's gold , as it appears as gold when mined. Here set in sterling silver it becomes a two tone piece that is such a versatile addition to your jewelry collection.
