VTG Petals San Francisco 1994 Fruit Lace Dress has a darling rendition of an early era of 40s/50s with the velvet split collar, Victorian style lace and ruched sleeves. The decorative rhinestone buttons are fashioned down the front of the dress with the velvet trim on the wrist of cuff and hem along the bottom. The Petals San Francisco resembles a handmade design with the fruits and leaves. It is not noticeable from the exterior. Buttons are slightly loose and loose thread along side of collar from normal wear due to age.
