VINTAGE NIB NASCAR Monopoly 1997 Collector's Edition Factory Sealed

Factory sealed VINTAGE NIB NASCAR Monopoly 1997 Collector's Edition Original factory seal has never been removed and box has never been opened. There are a few small holes in the seal that would be expected from an unopened game that is 20+ years old. One hole in the seal resulted in a knick in the box. See pictures 5-16.
