VINTAGE NAVY BLUE OVER THE KNEE DRESS

Adorable over the knee dress! No label. Not sure of fabric, feels like a silk polyester, but not sure. Three pretty plastic buttons at wrist. Six buttons on left waist. Pleaded look asymmetric cumber bun.Pleaded look skirt! Back zipper and round collar. Freshly dry cleaned. One line in fabric( looks like defect) as shown. Dark navy blue! I much better in person! Shoulder pads. One hook and eye missing on top of zipper. Fits beautifully.
